Ultilising the very latest Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) and laser technology, Snooper have created the S3, a cost effective GPS Safety Alert System that also includes a built-in 360 degree laser detector.

The Snooper S3 has been specially designed to help you drive safely within the confines of todays speed limits, by alerting you quickly and easily to the presence of Police speed traps, often located at Accident Blackspots, electronically indicating potentially dangerous and hazardous situations.

Advanced Technology
The geographical co-ordinates of all 'fixed' speed monitoring systems, schools and many officially designated accident 'hotspots' have been stored on a database that is constantly monitored and up-dated by our data collection team ensuringthat you are alerted to every potentially hazardous stretch of road or danger spot. Simply connect the S3 to a compatible PC and this concise database can be downloaded* in a matter of minutes! The Snooper S3 then compares your position using it's built-in GPS antenna, with the position of every known fixed speed monitoring system and accident 'hotspot' alerting you both audibly and visualy via a speaker and a series of coloured LED's

System Requirements:
To add the Snooper S3 download software to your PC you will need a PC with Windows 98, 2000, XP or ME system software.

Enigma Database
GPS camera detection systems are only as good as the database of co-ordinates that are stored within them. That's why Snooper uses Enigma. Enigma consists of a dedicated team whose sole purpose is to research and manage a database of cameras and other points of interest not only in the UK, but across the rest of Europe as well. Please note however that the full European database is not available on all units at this time.

Safety Outside Schools
The Snooper database now also incorporates Schools.This optional feature will alert you clearly in advance of nearly all the Schools in Britain, ensuring your highest concentration along the most sensitive stretches of road in the UK.

Laser Detection as Standard
The Snooper S3 comes complete with a built-in 360 degree laser detector. This laser detector has been designed to detect all types of mobile laser speed monitoring systems often used in danger spots where 'Fixed' systems cannot be easily utilised. As a result Snooper S3will alert you to nearly every speed monitoring system and accident hotspot whether Fixed or Mobile.

Genuine 'Plug & Play' Installation
The Snooper S3 is the most cost effective GPS Safety Alert System with built-in 360 degree laser detection available on the market! As both technologies are incorporated in the one unit, installation is simple. Mount the device in a suitable position on the dashboard or windscreen and connect it to the vehicles cigarette lighter socket with the power cable provided, then switch it on. It really is as simple as that.

The Snooper S3 has been designed to alert you to Police Speed Monitoring Systems, Schools and Accident Blackspots through a combination of Audible and Visual alerts. A built-in piezo bleeper alerts you audibly whilst a series of bright coloured LED's alert you visually, indicating the type of location you are approaching. The volume of the alert can easily be adjusted and the pre-alert distance set from a minimum of 100m to a maximum of 500m.

Motorcycle Use
An optional ear-piece is available for use with the Snooper S3. The ear-piece is designed to transfer the audible alert directly to the inside of your helmet so that the Snooper S3 can be used conveniently on a motorcycle as well as in a car.
